The Secret Garden offers a free delivery service to customers placing their order of £25.00 or more by 4pm on the previous working day. If there are any problems understanding the requirements of the order, then we may have to hold delivery until we have spoken to you (our customer).
Free delivery is subject to the delivery address being within the Thanet District. If delivery is required outside of this area, then this must be arranged via telephone before the order is placed, and there may be an additional charge.
The free delivery service usually runs from 8.30am till 2.30pm, Monday to Saturday, however at especially busy times (i.e. Mothers Day, Valentines Day and Christmas) delivery may be later in the day.
An exact time can not be guaranteed if you are taking advantage of the free delivery service. If you need to arrange a timed delivery, please contact the shop by phone.
